Santé began providing health care services to Central California patients in 1988 as Community Physicians of Central California. Since 1995, we have been known as Santé Community Physicians and have grown into Central California's largest physician's group.

Santé reaches throughout Fresno, Madera and Kings counties and is partnered with the hospitals of Community Medical Centers, as well as Valley Children's Hospital and hospitals in Reedley, Selma and Hanford.
